Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. – Food Production Line

Multi-phase reorganization of FDA frozen food manufacturing plant process line and high pile refrigerated storage facility. Plant fully occupied and operational running 3 shifts per day for 90% of the construction project. Included extensive demolition, new mat slab and footing foundations to support structural steel superstructures for OFCI equipment and new mezzanine. Reconfigure of 1,050 LF of 16’ tall insulated metal panel and 10,000 of insulated panel ceilings included to accommodate new production lines and refrigerated storage.
