Design/Build interior and exterior retrofit of 1957 barrel roof totaling 5,000 SF. Extensive scope included expansion of existing mezzanine, new and retrofit restrooms, staff lounge, roof replacement, complete new high-end finishes, realigned entryway and building frontage upgrades. Project completed in 8 weeks.
