CSU San Marcos Viasat Engineering Pavillion

This two building University lab project supports CSU San Marcos’ growing Electrical and Software Engineering programs. After taking each building back to shell condition, First Mark constructed the two instructional Lab buildings, installing new electrical infrastructure, replacing exterior window walls and doors, installation of exterior metal awning structure, completed the interior build-outs, to accommodate new interior class and lab teaching facilities. Each building completed on very tight schedules to meet new student demand for upcoming semester starts.

• Building 56 – Design and Innovation Lab with auxiliary flex space and perimeter offices
