Mission City Corporate Center – Fitness Center

TI in active building complex to create new fitness center and lounge area for commercial tenant enjoyment. Open ceilings, high bay lighting, built out new restrooms with private showers, locker and workout facilities, installing all new electrical, HVAC and plumbing packages. Existing storefront glass walls upgraded to operable full-height pivot glass door assemblies. Ground concrete finish of existing slab on grade throughout, creating the desired industrial ambience.
