UCSD Thornton Hospital – ICU Renovation

Renovation of the 8,000sf 2nd floor Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on an extremely compressed timeline. Project scope included refinish of all ICU room aluminum glass door assemblies, rework of headwalls, coordination of med-gas valving, new sheet vinyl flooring throughout, extensive casework modifications and replacement, seismic anchoring and backing for new equipment, and modifications to existing security system to integrate new device technology. Project completed in its entirety and returned to client in 60 calendar days.
