Walnut Professional Building

While medical/dental building was fully occupied and operational, replaced 15,000 sf of curtain wall glazing plus custom extruded aluminum cladding system on existing curtain wall mullion, design and replacement of existing interior courtyard guardrails with structural glass railing; removal of existing courtyard (over parking below); renovation of existing exterior soffits at exterior walkways. Scope included remediation of asbestos.
